A quick note: Due to my involvement with Tourism Queensland's The Best Job in the World campaign, I've had to put the portrait series in to stasis. I am James Hill is a collection of portraits & stories of the people who have made me who I am today.
Recently my friends and family have been given the opportunity to do what they've always loved to do, always wanted to do. I asked myself if I could do anything what would it be.
My answer has always been to create a collection of photographs of the people who have inspired, loved, controlled, manipulated, hated, deflated or otherwise had some profound effect on me and made me who I am today.
A quick biography
- I am an Australian. Born 12th of July, 1982, to two loving parents John & Lyndy Hill in Sydney, Australia.
- I am a commercial photographer.
- I am currently based in Sydney & Brisbane, due to being a finalist in Best Job in the World ride.
- I am 6 foot 3 inches tall when I wake and 6 foot 2 inches tall when I fall asleep.
- I swim to keep fit.
- I am a traveler.
- I am available for work, contracts & commissions, please if you think we would work well together.
